How It Works
Book your Event!
After you've booked and paid, you will receive an email confirmation with all pertinent information, including the date of a check in call two weeks before the event, team rosters to be completed, as well as the email templates you can send to all participants before the event to get them excited!
Day of Event
Participants will gather at the pre-determined starting location 15 minutes before the event begins to ensure enough time to break into their teams, have the app correctly downloaded, and be ready to go!
Ready, Set, Go....
When the clock strikes GO, it's off to the races!
For the next 60-90 minutes, teams complete as many tasks as possible at each hotspot and rack up points.
There is a live scoreboard (which does dark 20 min before end of event) & photo wall to keep the competition going and the students engaged!
Time's Up!
When the timer runs out, teams will head back to the original meeting spot to reveal the winners
Photo highlights will be provided to event organizer at the end of the challenge
Example Schedule
10:00-10:15am - Head to starting location
10:15 - 10:30am: Students break into their corresponding teams, download app & get ready to GO
10:30-12:00pm - ULTIMATE CAMPUS CHALLENGE
12:00-12:15pm - Teams make their way back to the starting location
12:15pm - Winner reveal & photo slideshow
