How It Works
Book your Event!
After you've booked and paid, you will receive an email confirmation with all pertinent information, including team rosters to be filled, as well as the email templates you will send to all participants 7-10 days before the event
48 hours before, you will receive a reminder email to re-send to all participants to ensure they have downloaded the app, know their teams, and are ready for the big day!
Connected Events will provide e-marketing materials that you can print and display on campus prior to event
Day of Event
Participants will gather at the pre-determined starting location 30 minutes before the event begins to ensure enough time to break into their teams, have the app correctly downloaded, and be ready to go!
Ready, Set, Go....
When the clock strikes the starting time....it's off to the races!
For the next 75 minutes, teams complete as many tasks as possible at each hotspot and rack up points
The scoreboard will go dark 15 minutes before the end of the event to add some suspense to this competition!
Time's Up!
When the timer runs out, teams will head back to the original meeting spot to discover the winners
Photo highlights will be provided to event organizer at the end of the challenge
Example Schedule
10:00-10:15am - Head to starting location
10:15 - 10:30am: Students gather and break into their corresponding teams, open the app, take a group picture and make sure they all ready to GO
10:30-11:30am - ULTIMATE CAMPUS CHALLENGE
11:30-11:45am - Teams make their way back to the starting location
11:45-12:00pm - Winner reveal and photo recap
